Installations

We ensure clean, safe, and code-compliant work.
Installations include system testing and customer walkthrough upon completion.
Warranty & Registration
All new mini-split systems will be registered by us for a 10-year extended parts warranty, when applicable.
Labor warranties may vary depending on the type of service and equipment.
Warranty is void if equipment is tampered with or maintained improperly.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure access to all work areas, including clearing obstructions near indoor and outdoor units.
Notify us of any special building or HOA requirements before scheduling work.
