Scheduling & Appointments

  • All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We will provide an estimated arrival window and do our best to stay on time.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation call or text the day before the scheduled service.

Estimates & Pricing

  • Free estimates are available for new installations.

  • All quotes are valid for 30 days.

  • Final pricing may vary based on specific site conditions or additional work required.

Installations

  • All installations are performed by licensed, trained technicians.

  • We ensure clean, safe, and code-compliant work.

  • Installations include system testing and customer walkthrough upon completion.

Warranty & Registration

  • All new mini-split systems will be registered by us for a 10-year extended parts warranty, when applicable.

  • Labor warranties may vary depending on the type of service and equipment.

  • Warranty is void if equipment is tampered with or maintained improperly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to all work areas, including clearing obstructions near indoor and outdoor units.

  • Notify us of any special building or HOA requirements before scheduling work.
